DESCRIPTION:[vc_row][vc_column][vc_column_text]Unaffiliated Afternoon dressage starting at 3pm\nAll classes are £18 and online entries only are excepted.\nClass 1 Intro A\nClass 2 Intro B\nClass 3 Prelim 12\nClass 4 Prelim 18\nClass 5 Novice 27\nClass 6 Novice 24\nClass 7 PYO BD LONG ARENA \n2 bridle or saddle pad numbers are required.\nNo dogs allowed\nUnaffiliated shows are run within the spirit of BD rules\nPlease read all the information regarding the Covid-19 guidelines to make your trip to Widmer a safe one. \nWe look forward to welcoming you back . Safety is paramount so please make sure you read the information below. Anyone breaching the rules will be asked to leave site immediately. \nTimes : These will be available 2 days before the competition. Once the entries have closed transfers under some circumstances may be available. Once times have been posted transfers and refunds are not available .\nPlease note that under the British Dressage Covid-19 guidelines the test times have increased to 10 minutes a test to allow the judge to compile comments on the riders test sheets. \nCompetitors are required to provide the following information with their entry :\nName of horse\nName of rider\nClasses entered\nName of ONE additional person per horse attending the centre on the day of competition. \nOn the day :\nAll cars are to be parked in front of the club house. Lorry and trailers are to park in the car park . You are asked to park considerately and leave a gap of 4 meters between vehicles. NO PERSON MAY ENTER THE CENTRE IF THEIR DETAILS HAVE NOT BEEN PROVIDED ON THE ONLINE ENTRY FORM. \nWarm up and down :\nCompetitors will be provided with a warm up arena for use no more than 40 mins before their test. There will be a grass arena warm down arena available for 10 mins after their test. A maximum of 5 competitors will be allowed in the warm up and down arenas. No member of the public may attend the warm up or down arena on foot. You may not enter the competition arena until the previous rider has exited. There will be a waiting area so you can pass safely. \nWhen you have warmed down you are to return to your lorries and trailers. \nResults: \nThe Widmer Team can only collect sheets from the judge at the end of the class . Scores will be added up at the end of the class. Results will not be printed and competitors will not be able to view results on scoreboards nor will they be able to collect sheets from the venue on the day of the competition.Results will be verified by the judge and will be published online via the Widmer Equestrian Centre website within 24 hours of the shows completion.\nTest sheets will be photographed and sent via the email address on the competitors ‘HORSE MONKEY ‘ account. Competitors who win prize money will be contacted to arrange a PayPal transfer of winnings or will be emailed any voucher prizes. Rosettes can be sent if a SAE is left in the postbox. Rosettes will be sent out within 7 days. \nSocial distancing measures must be observed throughout the show. Please use hand sanitiser and wash hands regularly during your visit. \nToilets will be available for use but we operate a wipe when you leave policy. You are required to clean as you go. \nThere will only be vending machines available for use for urgent refreshments and all food and drink must be consumed off site. \nClasses and sections: \nClasses 1 and 2\nRestricted section : non BD and BE members (excluding BD associate members) who have not been placed 1st on a Widmer Prelim class CAN BE RIDDEN IN ANY PREFERRED TACK\nOpen section : BD and BE may enter the open section \nClasses 3 \, 4 \, 5 and 6\nRestricted section prelim : non BD and BE members (excluding BD associate members) who have not been won 3 tests at prelim or above at Widmer .\nOpen section : BD and BE may enter the open section \nRestricted section novice : non BD and BE members (excluding BD associate members) who have not been won 3 tests at novice or above at Widmer .\nOpen section : BD and BE may enter the open section \nClass 7\nPYO All tests must be long arena 60x20m and current BD tests.\nOpen to all[/vc_column_text][/vc_column][/vc_row] \n
